Objective:Observation of acupuncture combined with functional exercise on blood stasis Knee Osteoarthritis (Knee Osteoarthritis, KOA) clinical efficacy in patients with total knee arthroplasty rehabilitation. Methods:Select September 2014 to December 2015 due to blood stasis type of orthopedic knee osteoarthritis treatment in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, in line with the inclusion criteria of cases cases,46 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (surgery+exercise+Electric Acupuncture), the control group (surgery+ functional exercise). Surgical unilateral total knee arthroplasty. All patients in surgery, postoperative 3d routine use of antibiotics to prevent infection,35 days after the routine use of anticoagulant prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis, the day of surgery, routine use of postoperative 2d swelling, pain medications. Postoperative pain score greater than 4 sharing oral celecoxib intervention more than 6 timeshare oral acetaminophen oxycodone hydrochloride injection is greater than 8 timeshare cloth Gui hydrochloride. Control group postoperative functional exercise rehabilitation programs in accordance with pre-established in the experimental group on the basis of functional exercise, started after the morning after the first removal of elastic bandages 3d acupuncture treatment for 2 weeks. All patients in the postoperative 2d,9d,16d knee limb circumference measurements and evaluate the efficacy of swelling, pain scores were row hemorheology, preoperative and postoperative 2d,9d,16d line PT, APTT the number of cases, D- dimer testing, after 2d,16d,1 month,3 months, measuring range limb knee, after recording DVT occurred before and after 1 month,3 months HSS knee score. Also recorded additional dose. Two sets of data obtained using SPSS 18.0 for statistical analysis.Result:(1) Baseline comparison:Two groups in gender, age, duration, around the surgical site, preoperative HSS scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable.(2) Comparison of the efficacy of swelling:No significant difference between the two groups of patients after knee circumference 2d difference (P> 0.05), after 9d, there are significant differences 16d swelling effect (P<0.05).(3) Comparison of pain:No significant difference between the two groups 2d postoperative pain scores (P> 0.05), after 9d,16d there was a significant difference (P<0.05). An additional dose, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) groups.(4) Comparison of knee range of motion:The postoperative 2d no significant difference (P> 0.05), postoperative 16d, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) 1 month, after 3 months no significant difference (P> 0.05).(5) Comparison of blood rheology:Hemorheology 2d after two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05), after 9d,16d there was a significant difference (P<0.05).(6) PT, APTT comparison:Two groups of patients PT, APTT before and after surgery 2d,9d, no significant difference (P> 0.05) 16d.(7) D-dimer comparison:Two groups of patients D-dimer after 2d,9d no significant difference (P> 0.05), after the 16d there was significant difference (P<0.05).(8) DVT incidence:Preoperative and postoperative no significant difference (P> 0.05) DVT number of cases.(9) HSS knee function scores:Preoperative and postoperative 1 month,3 months, knee function scores were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with functional exercise, blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis total knee replacement surgery patients, can contribute to swelling, relieve pain and improve knee range of activities to promote the rehabilitation of knee function.
