The Hepatocellular Carcinoma Which After Radiofrequency Ablation For Sequential Nonspecific Immune Therapy Of Clinical Research

OBJECTIVE To observer the influence of the hepatocellular carcinoma which after radiofrequency ablation for sequential nonspecific immune therapy to Prolong recurrence rates of postoperative mortality in patients with hepatoceliular carcinoma.METHODS According to the informed consent,69 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after radiofrequency ablation in Guangxi zhuang autonomous region people’s hospital of hepatobiliary surgery hospital from January 2012 to January 2015.All Selected cases to choose whether to using sequential nonspecific immune therapy or not by themselves, and Sign the informed consent. According to the time of immune therapy(methods: Thymalfasin for Injection 1.6mg,IL-2100IU,1 time for 6 days), only RFA therapy is group A, after radiofrequency ablation for sequential nonspecific immune therapy is group B. Among group B,1 to 3 times immune therapy is group B1, and more than 3 times for group B2. The general information of the therr groups (including:sex, age, the number of tumor lesion, tumor size, tumor location, Whether for recurrent lesions or not)without statistical differences (P>0.05). Among them, there were 25 cases in group A,18 cases in group B1 and 26 casws in group B2. perform statistics analysis the recurrence rate after RFA of 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months of the A,B1,B2 groups.RESULTS 3 months recurrence rate after RFA for A,B1,B2 groups were 40.0%,11.1%,11.5%.6 months recurrence rate were 60.0%,44.4%,15.4%.9 months recurrence rate were 76.0%,61.0%,26.9% and 12 months recurrence rate were 88.0%,66.7%,38.5%. The results showed that B1,B2 groups recurrence rate lower than group A in 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months, Compare three groups of postoperative recurrence rate overall statistical differences (P<0.05). group B1 recurrence rate lower than group B2 in 3months,but in other observe the months, group B2 recurrence rate lower than group A and group B1. The 3 groups to compare with each other, The recurrence rate between group A and group B1,B2 with statistical differences (PA-B1=0.046、 PA-B2=0.027). In 6 months,9 months and 12, the recurrence rate between group A and group B1 without statistical differences(P>0.05), the recurrence rate between group A and group B2 with statistical differences(P<0.05), the recurrence rate between group B1 and group B2 with statistical differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION 1.RFA combined immunotherapy in the short term can reduce postoperative HCC patients with tumor recurrence, the effect was better than RFA therapy alone.2. The hepatocellular carcinoma postoperative immune RFA therapy efficacy may be positively related to the number of immunotherapy.
