Objective:This study aims to explore effect of ischemic cerebral vascular disease discharged patients to antiplatelet agents, statins and antihypertensive drugs between compliance related factors and lead to related factors of antiplatelet agents, statins, antihypertensive drugs lower adherence of composition. Improved opinion, improve the compliance of patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease headphones to prevent medication, so as to reduce the resulting recurrence, death, disability, the number of patients with dementia. Methods:the study population for 2015 August 1st to September 2015 30 day period in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University (Department of neurology ward, second ward, West ward, geriatric ward) due to ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ischemic stroke and TIA) in hospitalized patients. Included in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The basic data of the patients were registered, including sex, age, economic condition, educational level, medical insurance type, smoking history, drinking history, obesity, exercise, frequency of occurrence, and so on. And carries on the two levels of preventive health education. To inform patients and their families of the relevant knowledge of ischemic cerebrovascular disease treatment methods, as well as other relevant matters needing attention. After discharge, patients were followed up by telephone, followed up 1 times per month, and the duration of follow-up was 6 months. Of the collected data using SPSS 13.0 software were collected and analyzed. The possible medication influence factors were analyzed by univariate analysis, count data using chi square test. Logistic regression analysis was used in the macro part. Results:a total of 116 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were collected in this study. During the follow-up,1 patients died,3 patients lost contact, and 112 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were finally completed. Defined as 46 patients with poor compliance, defined as 66 patients with good compliance. The study defined 46 cases of patients with poor compliance, which worry about adverse reactions of the patients (n= 1); patients with adverse reactions occurred in 2 patients; think ineffective drugs in patients with 10 cases; understanding of disease patients in 8 cases; too taking the trouble of 5 cases of patients; 17 cases of the patients had medication cost; other factors of patients in 3 cases. Conclusion:(a)The influencing factors of medication compliance of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were income, education level, health insurance type, and registered permanent residence. (b)The first three direct reasons for the poor compliance of the patients were the cost factors, the lack of the drug and the lack of understanding of the disease.
