| Objective:This research studies the occurrence status of artificial abortion and analyzes the influence factors,in order to provides the countermeasures and suggestions which can reduce the incidence of artificial abortion,the short and long-term complications after abortion,further promote the development of post abortion service and optimize the female reproductive health,ultimately improve the reproductive health level of women.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used in this study,500 cases of artificial abortion came from the outpatient department of governmental hospitals were selected.The occurrence status of artificial abortion were studied by using questionnaire to explore the influencing factors of artificial abortion.The present situation of post abortion service provided by medical institution was studied by using qualitative interviews to analysis the factors of development.All the data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 statistical software.Results:1.The female who take artificial abortion have an average age of age(28.64±5.81),of whom 71.3% female are marred and 37.0% female have the culture level of senior high school or below,60.6% female have children.These respondent are main composed of company employees(21.3%),and individual owner(19.8%).54.3%of women had done two or more induced abortion,56.4% among them abortion time interval is one year or more.The sexual partner have an average age of age(31.43±6.17),of whom have the culture level of junior college education or below.These men are main composed of individual owner(33.8%),and company employees(23.7%).2.The average score about reproductive health knowledge was(19.41±6.45)points among female who take artificial abortion,which at a middle level.Most patients had a high degree of recognition on ovulatory period,the using of emergency contraception,and the knowledge about abortion can not be a contraceptive measures,but litter know about the using of oral contraceptive,the indications and notice of attention of artificial abortion.3.More than half of the patients(55.6%) have no objection to premarital sexual behavior,64.9% of the causes of unexpected pregnancies were not using of contraceptive measures,86.8% of whom had used contraceptive measures in the sexual life,only 19.4% always used.Condoms(69.0%)are the most widely used contraception measures.4.The methods of obtaining contraception measures of artificial abortion mainly from the pharmacy(63.2%).59.3% of the patients have initiatively to obtain reproductive health knowledge,and mainly through the network(43.1%).39.4% of the patients hope that medical institutions as access to obtain reproductive health knowledge.46.8% hope to learn about the knowledge of sexual physiology health and contraceptive knowledge(46.6%).5. There are 4 factors including the birth history of patients,the score of reproductive health knowledge, the attitude of premarital sexual behavior and the frequency of the use of contraceptive measures have effect on the occurrence of artificial abortion.Conclusion:1.The majority of artificial abortion are recurrent abortion.The level of reproductive health awareness of patients degree is in the medium level. The reason of the pregnancies are no use of contraception measures.Most of patients want to obtain knowledge of sexual physiology and contraception, and hope through the medical machine structure, network access.Post abortion service provided by medical institutions has not yet formed a systemic service model which only by reflected in the treatment,written propaganda and education and precautions after abortion;The existing problems must be solved to conducive the development of post abortion service, so as to reduce the occurrence of artificial abortion.3.There are 4 factors including the birth history of patients,reproductive health awareness,attitude to premarital sexual behavior and contraceptive measures have effect on the occurrence of artificial abortion.Among them, the birth of two sub /female and above is risk factor for recurrent abortion, the high awareness of reproductive health,does not agree with the views on premarital sex,the high frequency use on contraceptive measures are protective ones. |
