Clinical Observation Of Wubie Oral Liquid On Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Ovarian Reserve Function Decline Intervention

Objective:Clinical study of this subject by Wubie oral liquid on kidney yin deficiency type of ovarian reserve function in patients with decreased, to evaluate Wubie oral liquid in improving clinical efficacy decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney yin deficiency type, treatment of ovarian reserve function decline provided clinical basis.Methods:Select January 2015 to 2016 February in Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology clinic (kidney yin deficiency type) of ovarian reserve function in patients with decreased, a total of 40 cases, treated by oral administration of Wubie oral liquid in the treatment of,3 months as a course of treatment, continuous observation of two courses. The symptom score before and after treatment were observed and recorded, basal serum follicle stimulating stimulating hormone (FSH), basal serum luteinizing hormone (LH), basal serum estradiol (E2) level, the mean ovarian diameter (OVD), antral bubble count (AFC) changes.Results:The age distribution, with the increase of age, the incidence rate of ovarian function decreased with increasing trend, and the age of 33-36 years old is the high incidence area; from the total curative effect, the treatment of the total efficiency of 84.21%; after treatment, the TCM symptoms total score decreased significantly than before treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01); serum FSH value after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased, there was significant difference (P<0.01); the serum LH decreased after treatment than before treatment, compared with that before treatment, there are differences (P<0.05); after treatment, serum E2 value was increased, there was significant difference compared with the treatment before (P<0.01); after treatment, serum FSH/LH value compared with that before treatment, no difference (P>0.05); after treatment of patients with antral follicle increased significantly than before treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01); after treatment of patients with ovarian average diameter compared with that before treatment, no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Wubie oral liquid on kidney yin deficiency type of ovarian reserve function in patients with decreased the clinical symptoms and ovarian function has a significant role in the improvement can enhance the value of serum E2 level, reduce FSH, LH levels, a marked increase in ovarian antral follicle count is an effective, convenient, safe treatment can in clinical use to actively promote.
