Xiao Yin Heat Gall Decoction In The Treatment Of Thyroid Function Hyperthyroidism Clinical Observation Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Syndrome

Objective:This study was clearing away heat Xiaoying Treatment of hyperthyroidism wang card,clear efficacy and safety of the party, did not provide an effective treatment of the disease prescription.Methods:Wang syndrome hyperthyroid patients met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of 1: 1 parallel-controlled principle divided into treatment and control groups,30 cases each. The treatment group received clearing away heat Fang Xiaoying, a day, morning and evening doses. The control group received methimazole (methimazole) 5～10mg,3 times a day. The two groups are 4 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of 3 courses. Symptom scores before and after treatment, thyroid hormone (TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH) and related antibodies (TRAb) thyroid B ultrasonic Indexes, determination and assessment of efficacy.Results:There was no significant difference in the gender, age and course of disease between the two groups (P> 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between TCM syndrome score and laboratory test. After treatment, the effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The two groups after treatment in thyroid function were improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Of the two groups after treatment in liver function were improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison is made between the two groups. The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, has statistical significance (P<0.05) in both groups treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with TCM, compared between the two groups. The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:Nourishing yin and clearing heat and eliminating gall party for the treatment of thyroid function hyperfunction hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency excess syndrome and to improve the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat in patients with clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes, including serum ACTH thyroid hormone factor and index of liver function. From the results, we can preliminary judgement, nourishing yin and clearing heat and eliminating gall and oral administration of Western medicine compared to treatment of thyroid function hyperfunction hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency excess syndrome has obvious advantages and clinical curative effect significantly, thyroid function and liver function improved, the adverse reaction decreased significantly. The safety and efficacy of the treatment method are proved, and it is worthy of clinical application.
