| Objective:With the processing of Gastroscope technology and people’s bad health habits,more and more people are suffering chronic atrophic gastritis. The curative effect of TCM in curing CAG is obvious. So we collating individual experiences of distinguished physicians to share the academic thoughts of Jianpi Liqi Huoxue Huayu principle for the treatment in curing chronic atrophic gastritis. In this experiment we talk about the academic thoughts and clinic trial of Jianpi Liqi Huoxue Huayu principle for the treatment in curing chronic atrophic gastritis. At last, we provided a more effective program.Methods:Adopt the method of comparison will be confirmed by gastroscope and pathology of 60 patients, according to the doctor’s order was divided into two groups, treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Treatment group with Jianpi Liqi Huoxue Huayu method for treatment of the principle, given the day a dose of Chinese medicine, points two times, each 200 ml, taken half an hour after the meal; Control group given Weifuchun orally,4 pieces at a time, three times a day. Three month is taken as a Period of treatment. Treatment after observing two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated by the change of main symptoms, gastroscope.Results:(1) Syndromes curative effect in treatment group,4 cases cured,8 cases were markedly effective, effective 16 cases,2 had no effect, the effective rate was 93.33%; The control group, 0 were cured,3 cases were markedly effective, effective 19 cases,8 cases were invalid, the total effectiveness 73.33%, after statistics processing, two groups of syndrome curative effect have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group is superior to the control group.(2) ①Comparison before and after treatment, two groups of patients during the diagnosis to stuffy and distending feeling in the stomach, stomach pain, belching and acid, anorexia, normal in defecation, hypochondraic pain, ecchymosis on the tongue, white and greasy fur total score were significantly different (P<0.05), suggesting the two groups have obvious effect on the improvement of the clinical symptoms;②.Compared the two groups after treatment, the stuffy and distending feeling in the stomach, stomach pain, belching and acid, hypochondraic pain, white and greasy fur effect in treatment group is better than that in control group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in terms of anorexia, normal in defecation, ecchymosis on the tongue.(3) Two groups of patients also had an improvement after treatment under gastroscope, treatment group effective rate was 83.33%, the control group effective rate was 66.67%, after statistics processing, two groups of curative effect under gastroscope has significant difference (P<0.05), treatment group was superior to control group.(4) Two groups of patients after treatment of glandular atrophy also have improved, the treatment group effective rate was 86.67%, the control group effective rate was 63.33%, after statistics processing, two groups of gland atrophy curative effect have significant difference (P<0.05), treatment group was superior to control group.(5) In the two groups after treatment in patients with intestinal also have improved, the treatment group effective rate was 68.75%, the control group effective rate was 33.33%, after statistics processing, two groups of intestinal curative effect have significant difference (P<0.05), treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:Through the clinical research shows that the method of Jianpi Liqi Huoxue Huayu can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the mucosa under gastroscope situation, and can effectively reverse gastric mucosa gland atrophy and intestinal metaplasia. The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has obvious advantages compared with the stomach after Weifuchun orally. Through safety evaluation, found no obvious side effects. |
