Purpose:By observing the changes in children wind-heat invading lung-type cough before and after treatment of the disease situation, to understand the clinical efficacy of massage for children wind-heat invading lung-type cough,and can provide more and better, more effective and more convenient treatment in the treatment of clinical children wind-heat invading lung-type cough.Methods:This study grouped according to random number table, wind-heat invading lung-type cough cases in children who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria will be enrolled in the study. Children enrolled in this study were randomly divided into two groups of massage group and traditional Chinese medicine group,30 cases in each group, a total of 60 cases.Massage massage group selection:push the Lung Meridian, clockwise operation Inside gossip, push Tianhe water,rup Tiantu, push Danzhong to the sides,rup Feishu, push up Tianmen, push Kangong to the sides, Taiyang, Chiropractic. Medicinesselection apricot Su San Treating specific drugs:almonds,basil, peucedanum, campanulaceae, sunburn morus alba, sku-11cap, licorice, fritillaria, Citrus. Cough symptoms and signs standard composite score was obse-rved before and after treatment of two different treatments in wind-heat invading lung-type coug-h cases in children for improving the situation of children with symptoms and signs, while the cure rate between the two groups, significant efficiency and efficient comparison. This study was treatment:Treatment once daily,5 days for a course of treatment, were observed in a course of atment, the first day of the first visit, the third day, were recorded after the fifth day of treatment, symptoms and signs specific ratings, the efficacy was evaluated after the end of a course of treatment.Results: â‘ The clinical efficacy, the massage group, traditional Chinese medicine group, to children wind-heat invading lung-type cough has a definite effect.Massage group and Chinese medicine group, the massage group clinical cure in 9 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 8 cases, the cure rate 30.00%, effective rate of 36.67%, total effective rate 93.33%;Traditional Chinese medicine clinical cure in 6 cases,8 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases, the cure rate was 20.00%, effective rate was 26.67%, the total efficiency of 86.67%. Groups the cure rate, markedly effective by chis-quare test, P= 0.000<0.01, illustrates the difference is highly statistically significant;There are two sets of efficiency, total efficiency by chi-square test, P> 0.05, showing no significant difference, the two groups showed no significant difference in the total efficiency. On the whole, the clinical efficacy of children wind-heat invading lung-type cough,massage therapy group is better than traditional Chinese medicine group.â‘¡Two groups of symptoms and signs of the first three points and total points after treatment were compared. The results showed that the comparison of the main symptoms, secondary symptoms integration after the third day of treatment, P> 0.05, showing no statistically significant, there was no significant difference in the improvement of all primary and secondary symptoms of the disease. After three treatment groups in the comparison of symptoms and signs on the total score, P= 0.031<0.05, shows the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment of the first three times, the overall effect of the massage group of children wind-heat cough better than traditional Chinese medicine group.Through the entire course of treatment before and after comparison of two massage group and traditional Chinese medicine group of symptoms and signs of integral and total credit, can draw the two different treatments have a definite effect in children wind-heat invading lung-type cough main symptoms and secondary symptoms(P<0.05).In improving the main symptoms of cough massage group was significantly better than traditional Chinese medicines group; In improving the main symptoms of expectoration symptoms massage group was better than traditional Chinese medicines group.No significant difference in the secondary symptoms of fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, throat and signs of improvement in terms of (P> 0.05). After treatment, the primary disease, secondary symptoms compare the total score, P<0.01, showing the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the massage group in terms of overall symptom improvement in children wind-heat invading lung-type cough is much better than traditional Chinese medicines group.Conclusion:Pediatric massage therapy in children wind-heat invading lung-type cough, can significantly improve children cough, expectoration and other symptoms and signs, and it was better than traditional Chinese medicines group in terms of overall symptoms.
