Objective: To study the expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7 protein in gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley and their relation with clinical pathological parameters of gastric cancer, analyze the correlation of expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7 in gastric cancer, and explore the effect of SSTR2 and CCL7 on the sitution, development and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods: Collected between March 2015 to October 2015 from Hehuang Valley new cancers in patients with gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue of 60 cases. By utilizing immunohistochemical method(S-P method), expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7 protein in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues and their corresponding para-carcinoma tissues were detected. The influence of different clinical pathological parameters on positive expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7, and the correlation of SSTR2 and CCL7 expressions were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of SSTR2 in gastric cancer party was lower than that in para-carcinoma group(χ~2=8.889, P=0.003); the positive expression rate of CCL7 in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma group(χ~2 =8.777, P=0.003) with statistical difference(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of SSTR2 in highly and moderately differentiated gastric cancer groups was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated gastric cancer group(χ~2=4.077, P=0.043)with statistical difference(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of CCL7 in patients with serosa infiltration, big diameter of tumor, lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in patients with no serosa infiltration(χ~2 =17.071, P=0.000), small diameter of tumor( χ~2=11.487, P=0.001), no lymphatic metastasis(χ~2=5.725, P=0.017) and TNM stage of stageⅠ-Ⅱ(χ~2=12.314, P=0.000) with statistical difference(P<0.05). Through matching chi-square, it was found that the expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7 in gastric cancer tissues were uncorrelated(χ~2=0.693, P=0.405). Conclusion: In gastric cancer tissues, the positive expression of SSTR2 is significantly lower than that in para-carcinoma tissues and the positive expression of CCL7 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues, indicating that SSTR2 deletions and high expression of CCL7 might participate in the progress of gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley; the low expression of SSTR2 is related to the malignant degree of gastric cancer; the high expression of CCL7 is related to tumor size, infiltration depth, lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage, indicating that it might have played a role in invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley; the expressions of SSTR2 and CCL7 in gastric cancer are uncorrelated, Possible via different signaling pathways play a role.
