Objective:1.Compare difference before and after the vocal cord polyp operation and normal control group by computer voice acoustic analysis.2.By comparing the objective voice parameters of the group who have accepted the voice training intervention after the vocal cords polyp surgery and the group who have ju st had post-operative conventional treatment, the purpose is to observe the influences of t he perioperative voice training and rehabilitation guidance on the voice recovery conditio ns of the patients who had the vocal cords polyp surgery.Methods::1.The German XION voice analysis software detected Jitter, Shimmer, SPLmin,F0 max, F0, MPT and DSI with 37 cases of vocal cord polyp patients, who were preoperative diagnosed and 30 cases of normal control group. Independent-Samples T Test compared before and after the vocal cord polyp operation and normal control group.2. The DiVAS voice acoustic analysis software of Germany XION company was ad opted to measure the preoperative and postoperative 8 weeks’ statistics of the interventio n group and the non-intervention group in Jitter, Shimmer, SPLmin, F0 max, F0, MPT an d DSI. The preoperative and postoperative independent sample t test was made respectiv ely on the two groups. Results :1. The values of SPLmin,Jitter, Shimmerwere higher than normal control group. The values of F0,F0 max, MPT, DSI were lower than normal control group; The values of SPLmin,Jitter 、Shimmer that before the vocal cord polyp operation were higher than postoperative, The values of F0、F0max、MPT、DSI that before the vocal cord polyp operation were lower than postoperative;2. Jitter, F0 max, F0, MPT and DSI values of the group that before the vocal cord polyp operation had statistical significance than normal control group(P < 0.05). But SPLmin,Shimmer had no statistical difference. F0, MPT DSI and Jitter values of the group that before the vocal cord polyp operation had statistical significance than postoperative group( P < 0.05). But F0 max,SPLmin and Shimmer had no statistical difference.3. The lower F0 max, with statistical difference(P < 0.05), compared the group of vocal cord polyp post-operation with normal group, but F0, SPLmin, MPT DSI Jitter and Shimmer had no statistical significance.4. The acoustic parameters had no statistical difference in the preoperative interven tion group and the non-intervention group. Post-operation:(1) the MPT of the interventi on group was longer than that of the non-intervention group and the difference was statist ically significant(t = 2.429, P < 0.05); the average DSI of the intervention group was-0.23,while the average DSI of the non-intervention group was-1.34, and the difference was statistically significant(t = 2.500, P < 0.05); Jitter of the intervention group was lower th an that of the non-intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.662,P<0.05). F0 max of the intervention group was higher than that of the non-intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.367, P<0.05).(2) the voice training intervention group’s F0, SPLmin, Shimmer had no statistically sign ificant difference compared with the non-intervention group.Conclusion:1.Computer voice acoustic analysis can quantitative assessment about vocal cordspolyp postoperative outcome.2.the vocal cords polyp perioperative voice training and rehabilitation instruction were helpful to the voice recovery of postoperative patients.
