Research On Clinical Nursing Fund-sponsored Papers Based On Bibliometrics Analysis

Objective:Using literature bibliometric method, content analysis method and the method of visualization,comprehensive and systematic researching the field of clinical nursing fund-sponsored papers, to understand the current situation about the papers published,area distribution and fund status,analysis of the general characteristics about high cited papers,finding the hotspot and defects and problems existing in the field of clinical nursing research,to provide the reference for scientific research, policy formulation, and select of research topic.Method:1. Bibliometric Methods Classificating and Summaring the target literature, eliminating duplicate documents.Useing Excle word frequency statistics of the information of the authors, units,funds, citation frequency, periodical distribution, the nature, research method, statistical method, scientific research design type and citation.2. Content Analysis Method Both of the specialty and research content about Chinese target literature is based on classification criteria which is established by expert guidance.Using software Bicomb2 to analysis keyword of highly cited papers, establish co-word keyword matrix, then using SPSS20.0 software for cluster analysis.3. Visualization Research Methods Using the software Bicomb2 to establish matrix of Work unit, and using Ucinet draw the network map.4. Statistical methods Using Excle and SPSS 20 software processing for related data.Result:During 2012-2014, Chinese nursing core journals were published 18128 papers of clinical nursing, the fund-sponsored papers is 4152, 13976 is not fund-sponsored papers.The clinical nursing fund-sponsored papers published by Chinese authors covered in SCI in the field of clinical nursing is 330, among of which the fund-sponsored papers is 144,non fund-sponsored papers is 186. Chinese fund-sponsored papers ratio increased year by year,SCI fund-sponsored papers ratio decreased year by year,the average ratios of tthem were 43.64% and 22.90%, respectively.The clinical nursing fund-sponsored papers both Chinese and covered in SCI are mostly supported by the same institution,the proportion was 89.91% and 61.38%,Provincial funding is the primary source of single fund,and in the two types of papers the main source of funding is provincial,the proportion was 33.11%and 24.31%.Most of papers in Chinese is 3 people cooperation while papers covered in SCI is 5 people cooperation,no mater which, the authors always come from the same institution,the proportion was 71.87% and 35.42%.Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangxi have more Chinese papers;Guangxi fund-sponsored papers output ranked fourth in Chinese, but lower in papers covered in SCI.Chinese fund-sponsored papers mainly from the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College(accounted for 42.10%), SCI papers mainly from medical college(accounted for 83.33%).Most of the Chinese fund-sponsored papers is undergraduate and master education(accounting for 88.32%), intermediate title(40.58%).The nature of this paper is mainly research papers(83.80%). The research methods are mainly based on clinical research methods(67.22%).In the design of scientific research, the experiment, the class experiment and the non experimental scale have a little difference, which are 36.46%, 29.48% and 34.06%, respectively.Domestic nursing core periodicals published fund papers are citations increasing year by year, citation languages mainly from Chinese(accounted for 63.37%), citations source mainly from care category(representing 62.11%), Journal citation type number occupies the first place(Chinese is 86.17%, foreign language is 95.51%).For distribution of specialty, department of oncology have a largest number in papers both Chinese and covered in SCI,the number is 600 and 23.Department of traditional Chinese medicine, psychiatric and geriatric Chinese fund-sponsored papers output is increasing year by year and and increasing in department of Cardiology, department of respiration, department of infectious diseases, digestive, renal Department of internal medicine about fund-sponsored papers covered in SCI year by year.As far as the research content is concerned, disease and symptom care in Chinese and fund-sponsored papers covered in SCI were in the first place, were 953 and 20, the number about application and development of scale and self care management of paper output increased year by year in Chinese and fund-sponsored papers covered in SCI,a large increase in the number of Chinese evidence based nursing. 61% of the Chinese highly cited papers is distributed in "Chinese Nursing Journal" "nursing research" "Journal of nurses training",as for provincial founded, the number of highly cited papers has reached up to34;Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai in the top three about the output number of high cited papers, and the most frequent cooperation in scientific researc is Jiangsu Province;keywords matrix tree diagram shows the trend of clinical nursing and research focus.Conclusion:The output of clinical nursing scientific research in our country is increasing,and the international level should be improved.Chinese nursing periodicals concentrated distribution, fund-sponsored papers covered in SCI have the largest number in ”JOURNAL OF CLINICAL NURSING”.The funding number of nursing scientific research is small,the source is single.The trend of cooperation among the subjects is increased.The developed areas have more scientific research output, government support and scientific research atmosphere have a impact for the level of scientific research results.Most of the Chinese fund-sponsored papers is undergraduate and master education, intermediate title.Most fund-sponsored papers using quantitative research. The research methods are mainly based on clinical research methods, statistical methods are mainly based on statistical inference, the experiment, the class experiment and the non experimental is proportional balance.The information absorption ability of Scientific research personnel is gradually enhanced.The oncology nursing have more fund-sponsored papers output, the disease and the symptom nursing research is still a hot spot for the clinical nursing foundation.The high yield region of the fund-sponsored papers have a match with the region where papers have high cited. Strong sense of scientific research cooperation in Jiangsu Province,chich have a higher degree of inter agency cooperation.Psychological nursing research, pressure ulcer care research and quality of life research has become the focus of clinical nursing research in china.
