Expression Of CIAPIN1 And P-gp Protein And Its Significance In Gastric Tissue Analysis

Objective:To measure cytokine induced apoptosis inhibitor 1(CIAPIN1) and Pglycoprotein(P-gp) in gastric cancer cell expression, and expression of both the factor and the clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer cells,andto analyze clinical significance between them.Methods:Collect Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences hospital from April 2014 to May2015 during which preoperatively pathological diagnosis of 51 cases of gastric carcinoma of gastric disease,51 cases of gastric cancer adjacent tissues and 51 cases of gastric adjacent tissues;Detected 51 cases of adjacent tissues and 51 cases of gastric cancer tissuesexpression of CIAPIN1 and P-gpprotein by immunohistochemistry,The results were evaluated according to the percentage of positive cells display and display strength,Between the two groups were compared using a sample rate of(2independent samples inspection, relations CIAPIN1 and P-gp expression and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer using tables from(2 test(ɑ= 0.05) for analysis.Results:The CIAPIN1 and P-gp protein expression rates in the gastric cancer were 64.7%,56.9%respectively; CIAPIN1 and P-gp expression in gastric cancer are unrelated with age, gender, tumor size and extent of the protein; Significantly associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions:Gastric cancer tissues and adjacent cell carcinoma cells CIAPIN1 different and positive expression rates of P-gp protein,expression and clinical stage CIAPIN1 and P-gp protein and lymph node metastasis, and the patient’s age, sex, degree of differentiation, tumor size was no correlation.In gastric carcinoma CIAPIN1 and P-gp protein expression levels between the two are closely related,The elevated expression CIAPIN1 accompanied by increased expression of P-gp,it can be inferred indicate a positive correlation CIAPIN1 and P-gp expression in gastric cancer.
