The Effect Of Dexmedetomidine On Sufentanil Patient-controlled Analgesia With Postoperative Patients With Hysterectomy

Objective:Joining dexmedetomidine with sufentanil into analgesia pump, to observe the analgesic effect and side reaction after hysterectomy patients were observed.Methods:A total of ASA I ~ II, 30 to 65 years, undergoing spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia under palace total resection of female patients with 60 people.Randomly divided into two groups(n=30): experimental group(I) and control group(II).All of the patients were in the operation room after the first routine monitoring of their BP,HR, Sp O2 and other basic vital signs, and then establish the venous channel. And conventional lumbar epidural anesthesia(heavy specific gravity 0.75% bupivacaine juxtaposition of epidural catheter), anesthesia operation completion recorded after anesthesia plane, pay close attention to the vital signs of patients. And then at the end of surgery record each respondents anesthesia duration, and respectively at 6h, 12 h, 24 h and48h in patients with VAS score(activity and rest), Ramsay score, in the time of nausea,dizziness, itching, shortness of breath symptom frequency, then record number of pressing the analgesic pump, quality of sleep in patients with grade, other analgesic drug use during the injection pump, level of satisfaction to the analgesia pump. After the completion of the data collection to draw the corresponding diagram, and then use SPSS16.0 software for data analysis, and thus draw the conclusion.Results:Four patients were followed up, and the following results were obtained according to the results of the examination and evaluation of the patients in accordance with the assessment table(table 15):1 There was no significant difference in the age, height, weight, duration of anesthesia,and the dose of the drug between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).2 Compared with the control group, the analgesic effect of the experimental group was better(VAS score less, 12 h less, no patients in the use of other drugs), the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3 Compared with the control group, the experimental group had fewer side effects(nausea, vomiting, less frequency), the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4 Compared with the control group, the experimental group better sleep quality and the use of this analgesic pump satisfaction is higher, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Two between the 5 groups Ramsay score, dizziness, skin itching, respiratory depression did not differ, there was no statistical difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine set can significantly improve the hysterectomy patients after PCIA with sufentanil analgesia effect, and can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting,improve sleep quality, improve the satisfaction of patients.
