Objective To explore the correlation between chronic cervicitis and vaginal microecology status. To provide a theoretical guidance in using vaginal probiotics to for prevention and treatment in chronic cervicitis. Methods Data were collected from 150 married women(21 to 45 years old) in the gynaecology clinics and medical examination center of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College during May 2015 to June 2015. All cases were divided into research group(chronic cervicitis, 100 cases) and control group( healthy women, 50cases). The vaginal excreta samples were collected in 5 to 7 days after menstruation. The semi-quantitative analysis of lactobacilli, vaginal p H, H2O2(In the paper, It was represented with the positive rate of hydrogen peroxide).IL-6 and SIg A were inspected to compare the vaginal micro ecological condition between the two groups. Results In the experimental group(n=100), the abnormal rate of lactobacillus(on semi-quantitative detection)(96%, 2%), as well as p H(4.87±0.23, 4.09±0.26)were significantly higher than that in the control group(n=50)(P<0.05).Moreover,the H2O2 positive rate was also different(98%, 2%) between the two groups(P < 0.05).The experimental subjects was evidently higher than the matched subjects. As regards the level of IL-6 median(115.43, 58.25)(pg/ml), and SIg A median(19.31, 7.25)(μg/ml).and the test group was obviously more than the control group(P<0.05),and the differences of the five experiment test were all very clear. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis may have some negative control response on vaginal microecosystem, such influence not only reflects in the decrease of lactobacillus and H2O2,but also in the increase of vaginal p H, IL-6 and SIg A. More attention should pay on reconstruction of vaginal microecology on prevention and control of chronic cervicitis.
