Objective To evaluate the expression levels of mi RNA-373 in breast cancer tissue compare with breast fibroadenoma tissue and para-carcinoma tissue. To analyze its expression level the relationship with clinicopathological features of breast cancer, for example: patient tumor size and axillary lymph node metastasis. Explore the effect and significance mi RNA- 373 in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Methods Collect breast cancer tissue, para-carcinoma tissue and breast fibroadenoma tissue 20 cases respectively. Total RNA is extracted with Trizol in tissue sample, and using stem-loop primers for reverse transcription to c DNA. mi RNA-373 expression was detected by real-time PCR using U6 as endogenous control for normalization in the above three kinds of tissues, and take the correlation analysis of clinicopathological features.Results 1.The mean relative expression levels of mi RNA-373 in breast cancer(2.68±2.49) is significantly higher than breast fibroadenoma tissue(1.11±0.93) and para-c arcinoma tissue.(1.07±0.80),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003<0.05);But the difference between n para-carcinoma tissue and breast fibroadenoma tissue was not statistically significant(P=0.932>0.05).2.Higher mi RNA-373 expression reached a positively correlation with tum or size in patients(r=0.469,P=0.037<0.05), and high relation with axillary lymph nod e metastasis(r=0.575,P=0.008<0.05), however, have no relation with different age(P=0.610>0.05) and TNM stage(P=0.533>0.05).Conclusion THE experiment evidenced that the mi RNA-373 high expression positively correlation with breast cancer in the tissue sample, and the expression of mi RNA-373 in breast cancer were significantly associated with tumor size and axillary lymph node metastasis, based on its function can be used as specific markers of breast cancer. Therefore, the mi RNA-373 can be used as a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgement of biomarker in clinical medicine.
