Diagnostic Value Of Combined Detection Of CDH17, CA24-2, CA72-4 And CEA For Gastric Cancer

Objective : To evaluate the expression of serum and tissue CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in gastric cancer,To investigate the value of combined detection CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods: 40 patients with gastric cancer and 40 patients with benign gastric disease and 40 healthy humans were selected in the Hospital of Medical College of Shihezi University from December 2014 to June 2015,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) and Electrochemical luminescence assay were used to detect serum CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in three groups;Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in gastric tissue.Results: 1.The levels of serum CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA were significantly higher in gastric cancer patients than that in those with benign gastric disease and healthy controls(both P <0.05).2.The positive rate of CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in gastric cancer was significantly higher than in those with benign gastric disease and healthy controls(both P <0.05).3.The levels of serum CDH17 、 CA24-2 、 CA72-4 and CEA in gastric cancer patients may reflect its expression in tumor tissue, both levels were positively correlated.4.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 87.5% and 81.25%, respectively,which significantly higher than those of detection of each of these markers alone(all P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The levels of serum CDH17、CA24-2、CA72-4 and CEA in gastric cancer patients may reflect its expression in tumor tissue;2.Combined detection of CDH17 、 CA24-2 、 CA72-4 and CEA can markedly improve the diagnostic sensitivity for gastric cancer, beneficial to early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
