Objective:To investigate the hypoxic hypoxia environment lead to the possible mechanism of reproductive dysfunction. we established hypobaric hypoxia-induced reproductive dysfunction model exposing rats to simulated altitude 6000 meters, the research under the condition of hypoxic hypoxia exposure model rats change characteristics of oxidation enzymes and antioxidant enzymes and testicular pathological.Methods:1. 20 SD male rats randomly divided into two groups, control group raised under 650 m altitude, hypoxic groups were raised in a hypobaric chamber simulating a high altitude of 6000 m.after 14 days, the rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and blood and tissue samples were collected. respectively, the determination of serum IL- 1 beta、malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)content, testis homogenate organization catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GPx) activity. 2. Testicular tissue was fixed and embedded HE and TUNEL staining and pathological analysis.Results:1. hypoxia group rats serum MDA concentration were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.01),SOD activity in tissue homogenate was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);CAT activity in tissue homogenate was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.01),GPx activity was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);Two groups of serum IL- 1 beta concentration was not significant difference(P > 0.05). 2. Compared with control group, the visible part hypoxia group of testicular tissue section in seminiferous tubule spermatocyte degeneration, fall off, necrosis, interstitial vascular congestion, expansion, mesenchymal cells in cell swelling and inflammatory cell infiltration,Significantly reducing the number of spermatogenic cells 3. The number of seminiferous tubule germ cell apoptosis in hypoxia group in the testis was significantly higher than that of normoxic control group. Conclusion:Preliminary conclusion hypobaric hypoxia exposure may be stable by destroying the testicular tissue antioxidant system and increased apoptosis of germ cells, cause testicular reproductive system injury.
