The New Research Of Treatment For Pathological Scar

Pathological scar is caused by abnormal hyperplastic in the trauma tissue, is a common complication after trauma. Its pathogenesis is still not very clear, and there hasn’t been any ideal treatment, Hormone drugs, isotope irradiation and immunosuppressive agent have been applicated on the treatment of pathological scar,but effect is barely satisfactory.Therefore, the scholars have done a lot of researches on the pathogenesis and therapeutic method. new researches showed that metformin, tetrandrine(TET), taxol, hsp, decorin, MicroRNA inhibitors and other drugs for the pathological scar has remarkable effect, this paper intends to introduce the newest treatment of pathological scar in the researches in recent years.
