Objective: to observe the effect of HPV16E7 si RNA on the growth of SCC-15 cell of Oral squamous cell carcinoma.Method : With the help of lipidosome,we transfected HPV16E7 si RNA to t he SCC-15 cell of Oral squamous cell carcinoma. For assessing the effect of the RNAinterference,RT-PCR and WB was applied. The change in SCC-15 proliferation was stated with colony forming experiment and MTT method. For detdeting the cell cycle and cell apoptosis, FCM was used.Result: HPV16E7 si RNA can markedly reduce the expression of HPV16E7 m RNA and protein of SCC-15. With the expression of HPV16E7 inhibited, the growth of SCC-15 cell had been inhibited, was retained within G0/G1 stage, and the cell apoptosis had been increased. Conclusion: HPV16E7 si RNA can markedly inhibit the expression of HPV16E7 m RNA of SCC-15 cell, and in turn inhibit the cell proliferation and e xpedite the cell apoptosis.
