Objective: To investigate the association of cystatin C, Hcy and FMD level with the presence and severity of coronary heart disease. To discuss on patients with coronary heart disease cystatin C, Hcy, FMD levels associated with the severity of coronary artery lesions. For the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the disease of severity evaluation, to avoide the sharp deterioration and to provide the reference value. Methods: To select 90 patients who undergoing cardiology coronary angiography and confirmed the coronary atherosclerotic disease for this study in the Qinghai university affiliated hospital in March 2014- in December 2015. Depending on the results shown in the coronary angiography coronary lesion counts divided the patients into three groups. To collect all the patients’ clinical data(such as gender, age, medical history, smoking history, body mass index etc.) for statistical analysis; to collect the patients’ blood in the early morning to test cystatin C, Hcy and determine the FMD for statistical analysis. Compared among groups cystatin C, Hcy, FMD levels. Results: There were no statistical differences in age, sex, BMI, UA, LDL(all P>0.05).The group of two coronary artery lesion Cys- C,Hcy level higher than that of single lesion group,(1.24±0.19mg/L vs.1.13±0.19mg/L,18.84±3.75μmol/L vs.15.54±4.50μmol/L,P<0.05).The group of more than coronary artery lesion Cys- C,Hcy level level higher than that of two lesion group,(1.39 ± 0.22mg/L vs.1.24 ± 0.19mg/L,21.03 ± 4.18 vs.18.84 ± 3.75 μ mol/L,P < 0.05).The group of two coronary artery lesion FMD lower than that of single lesion group,(6.06±1.77 vs.7.16±1.87, P < 0.05).The group of more than coronary artery lesion FMD lower than that of two lesion group,(5.13±1.72 vs.6.06±1.77, P < 0.05).Spearmen correlation analysis it is concluded that Cys- C, Hcy and degree of coronary artery lesions were positively correlated, FMD and degree of coronary artery lesions were negatively correlated. Conclusion: Patients with coronary heart disease cystatin C, Hcy levels showed a trend of increase, with the increase of vascular lesions count, the level of cystatin C, Hcy increased, presenting positive correlation.Patients with coronary heart disease FMD levels showed a trend of decreased. with the increase of vascular lesions count, the level of FMD decreased, presenting negative correlation. In order to further understand coronary heart disease and the early diagnosis, treatment of coronary heart disease and provide certain reference value of prevention of acute events and target organ damage.
