Objective:Investigate the efficacy of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis combined with obstructive jaundice under ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainag. Methods:Retrospective analysis the efficacy of 39 cases included in this study with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis combined with obstructive jaundice of clinical data from January 2012 to January 2015 in the affiliated hospital of qinghai university.By clinical examination,35 cases in the stage of end-stage,they have lost the chance of operation,PTCD was conducted in them, then, observed their changes of liver function index and quality of life. Lesions in the liver of 4 cases squeezed the surrounding organs,it is dangerous to do surgery right now,so electived surgical procedures by PTCD.To observed the clinical data of 35 patients with end-stage,comparative analysis the liver function index(including TBil、DBil、GGT、ALP、AST、ALT、AIB) before PTCD with 3d,1w,1mo after the PTCD;3d after the PTCD with 1w after the PTCD;1w after the PTCD with 1mo after the PTCD.And the quality of their lives(including appetite spirit fatigue pain and so on) before PTCD and after referring to the ancerous person. To observed the clinical data of 4 patients reading to surgery, comparative analysis the liver function index before PTCD with 2w after the PTCD.Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the mean, data representation in x±s.The score of the quality of life using repeated measures analysis of variance.Results:Forty-two PTCD tubes were inserted in thirty-nine patients, and the aver-age indwelling time was 7-265(85±27) d. The mean time of operation was(25±11) min. The drainage of 24 hours after operation was(505±113) ml.The liver function index of 35 patients at time of 3 days after operation and pre-operation were similar,P﹥0.05;at time of 1 week after operation,1 month after operation and and pre-operation were discrepant.Iiving quality of 35 patients at time of 3 days after operation,1 week after operation,1 month after operation,1 year after operation and pre-operation got better. The liver function index 4 patients reading to surgery at time of 2 weeks after operation and pre-operation were discrepant,P﹤ 0.05.Bile leakage and hemobilia occurred in one patients(0.03%). Conclusion:PTCD guided by ultrasound is a quick, safe and effective technique in the treatment of biliary obstruction caused by hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. And improve the patients’ liver function, quality of life.
