The Clinical Application Of The Treatment Of Hypospadias Urethroplasty With Lingual Mucosal Graft In Tunnel

Compared B group postoperative surgical outcome and complications(urinary fistula and urethral stricture) was significantly better than in group A statistical analysis hypospadias and urethral fistula complication rate between the two groups occurred urethral stricture was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion To compare TIP procedure, tunnel tongue mucosa graft urethroplasty, in the control of postoperative complications(such as urethral stricture and fistula), in particular the incidence of urinary fistula, has obvious advantages, the latter of postoperative complications(urethral stricture and fistula), high success rate, with a certain security and superiority.
