| Objective To retrospectively analyze the influencing factors of gallbladder stone after operation of gastric cancer, and to provide guidance for prevention and treatment of postoperative patients with gastric carcinoma.Analyzing that the differences of the characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer with gallbladder stone and simple gastric cancer. Methods By transabdominal ultrasound or CT scan of the abdomen of285 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients were followed up and recorded after surgery for the first time appear gallbladder stones, and analysis of different age groups, the scope of gastrectomy, gastrointestinal anastomosis and after surgery discover relationships gallbladder stones. 49 cases of gastric cancer associated with gallbladder patients as the experimental group, 49 cases of gallbladder disease in patients with gastric cancer as control group were analyzed, compared two groups of patients with gender distribution were compared, whether there are were differences in tumor location, histological typeã€C-erbB2 and selected patients were followed up after operation, lower than those in the two groups in overall survival rate than whether there are differences. Results 1 In follow-up after gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients with the gallbladder occurred stone is a probability of about 16.8%(48/285 cases). By the end of follow-up time, appeared the gallbladder stones earliest of 23 days after operation, the longest postoperative 2390 days, with an average of206.6 days.In(43/48 cases) patients, gallstone formation was found in the first ultrasound performed within 1 year after gastrectomy. The types of gastrectomy ã€various types of intestinal reconstruction had no significant effect on the incidence of gallstone formation after gastrectomy(P > 0.05).But total gastrectomy after gallbladder stones occur there is an upward trend. 2 there were no significant differences in sex distribution, tumor location and histopathological type(Finland Lauren types) in the two groups(χ2=0.251 P=0.616ã€Ï‡2=1.400 P=0.997ã€Ï‡2=0.758P=0ã€685). There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(χ2=4.009,P=0.045), and the expression of C-erbB2(3+)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.346,P=0.037).The overall survival rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion 1 After gastrectomy caused the decreased gallbladder contraction function, absorption and secretion abnormalities.Abnormalities in the neural body fluid regulation mechanism, which contributed to the increased incidence of gallstones.Based on the results of this study in which the total gastrectomy was shown to be a significant factor in gallstone formation after gastrectomy. 2 The gallbladder stone with gastric cancer is common in clinical work,There is no obvious difference of disease characteristics between the gallbladder stone with gastric cancer and the non gallbladder disease gastric cancer, and its prognosis is better than the latter. Still need to improve vigilance, deepen the understanding of the disease. So that early detection, early diagnosis, early cure, These are very important. |
