Objective:To evaluate the application value of CT virtual Cystoscopy by studying the results of the reconstruction of the bladder tumor by CT virtual reconstruction of the bladder mirror, the results of the traditional optical and the observation results of transurethral resection of bladder tumor.. Methods:Collection of Shanxi Medical University Department of Urology; the first hospital since April 2015 to June 2015 with hematuria suspected the clinical data of 8 cases of bladder tumor and treated in the hospital urinary CT scan and cystoscopy parallel transurethral bladder tumor resection, using mimics10.01 3D reconstruction system, in patients with urinary tract CT image data based, reconstructed CT virtual cystoscopy image results, and cystoscopy and surgical observation results analyzed and summarized. Results:Of the 8 patients, 5 were male and 3 were female, aged from 44 to 85 years, with an average age of 56.8 years. Virtual cystoscopy found a total of 14 lesions in 6 cases; conventional cystoscopy found a total of 15 lesions in 8 cases; intraoperative examination revealed 8 patients with a total of 17 lesions were confirmed by surgery in 8 cases of multiple lesions. The size of the lesion was 0.5 * 0.6cm to 3 * 4.5cm. In the operation of 10 lesions located in the lateral wall, 5 lesions located in the posterior wall, 1 near the trigone of the bladder and ureter, 1 in the top wall. The resected specimens of pathological type in 8 cases of urothelial carcinoma(100%), 0 cases of squamous cell carcinoma(0%), no negative results. Conclusions:CT virtual cystoscopy although cannot completely take the place of the conventional cystoscopy, but CT virtual cystoscopy detection can as taboo cystoscopy in patients with an effective complementary and alternative detection method is an effective method for the diagnosis of bladder lesions in patients with lesions of the location and size of the detection of suspected. Because of its non-invasive characteristics, with the development of computer technology, CT virtual cystoscopy is expected to become the main method of diagnosis of bladder tumor. The evaluation of CTVC clinical value needs more patients participated in the study.
