The Each Part Bacteria Positive Rate And Consistent Degree Of Results Of The Sinus-Tract And Deep Tissue Cultures In Traumatic Osteomyelitis

Objective:1、To understand the consistency of the bacteria between the Sinus-tract and Deep tissue Cultures,and guide clinical application of antibiotics;2 、Contrast the deep germiculture results between various specimens, determine which parts positive rate is higher, and determine the optimal sampling point;Methods:Analysed eighty-two patiens who had traumatic osteomyelitis and primary trauma were Gustilo II or III fractures from 2013 to 2015.On the basis of results of Sinus-tract cultures before operation and Deep tissue Cultures during operation,we studied the consistency between them,and take a bacterial culture of deep cavity wall, the local soft tissue edema zone, the plant, the transition zone of dead bone, dead bone and periosteal,eventually determine which part detection rate is higher.Results:1、the spectrum and the first three places of strain were all the same between the Sinus-tract and Deep tissue Cultures,the concordance rate beween them was 51.22%.2 、 the plants and dead bone two sampling points bacteria positive rate are the highest, it is 82.93% and 81.71% respectively.Conclusion:1、The concordance rate beween the Sinus-tract and Deep tissue Cultures is low,so the result of the Sinus-tract Cultures is not enough to correctly guide the use of antibiotics.2、The results between the Deep tissue Cultures are different and the plants and dead bone this two parts have the higher positive rate.
