| Objective:To investigate the distribution of IgG4 positive cells in different pathology classification levels of the labial glands biopsy, to improve understanding of primary Sjǒgren’s syndrome.Methods:218 patients with the dry mouth symptom were collected as research objects and divided into the pure dry mouth group and the p SS group. Envision method was used to the immunohistochemical staining of IgG4 in their labial glands tissues. We explored the relation between IgG4 of salivary glands tissues and primary Sjǒgren’s syndrome by analyzing the distribution of IgG4 positive cells in different pathology classification levels of the labial glands biopsy. SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of detection results.Results:1. The expression intensity of IgG4 in labial glands tissues of the p SS group was significantly higher than that of the pure dry mouth group(P<0.01).2. Obvious positive correlation were appeared between immunohistochemical staining result of IgG4 in labial glands tissues and the pathology classification levels of the labial glands biopsy(r=0.284,p<0.001).3. The positive rate of anti-SSA antibodies and anti-SSB antibodies in pure p SS group and the p SS+IgG4 positive group were significantly higher than the pure IgG4 positive group and the pure IgG4 negative group(P<0.05); the positive rate of ANA in the p SS+IgG4 positive group was the highest one, the pure p SS group was second, the pure IgG4 positive group was last(P<0.05); In the content serum Ig G, the p SS+IgG4 positive group was the first one, the pure p SS group was second, the pure IgG4 negative group was last(F=131.035,P<0.001).4. The periodontal condition in the p SS+IgG4 positive group,pure p SS group, the pure IgG4 positive group and the pure IgG4 negative group had no significant difference with each other(P>0.05); The dental caries rate and the mean of decayed missing filled tooth(DMFT) in pure p SS group and the p SS+IgG4 positive group were significantly higher than the pure IgG4 positive group and the pure IgG4 negative group(F=13.333,P<0.01),the p SS+IgG4 positive group had no significant difference with pure p SS group, the pure IgG4 positive group and the pure IgG4 negative group too(P>0.05).5. The rate of joint involvement in pure p SS group and the p SS+IgG4 positive group were significantly higher than the pure IgG4 positive group and the pure IgG4 negative group(P<0.05), the pure IgG4 positive group had on patient of joint involvement; the organs of involvement in pure p SS group and the p SS+IgG4 positive group had salivary gland, lung, bile ducks, liver, kidneys, thyroid gland, et al. But pancreas was not the organ of involvement in pure p SS group; the patients of the pure IgG4 positive group had not found symptoms of purpura, rash and long-time intermittent fever.Conclusions:1.
