Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) are the class of new synthetic polymeric materials that provide a high selectivity towards the selected molecules. They offer high thermal, chemical and mechanical stabilities. Those advantages caused broad applications in the analytical chemistry, where they are used for the separation or detection of many compounds. They are also used in organic synthesis and catalysis. However, MIPs have a great potential in the drug delivery, where they could be used as new and selective drug dosage forms.A common method of bulk polymerization was used to prepare the MIPs.The UV spectra of the interaction between Norathyriol and acrylamide were investigated, and the adsorption properties of Norathyriol and different functional monomers were evaluated.The effects of different dosages of crosslinking agent and reaction temperature on the adsorption properties of polymer were investigated.The method of preparing MIPs by bulk polymerization was obtained.Using acrylamide as functional monomer,When the molar ratio of the crosslinking agent EGDMA, acrylamide and Norathyriolthe was20:4:1,the adsorption performance of Norathyriol is best. Choose 65 ℃ as the heat induced temperature.The adsorption properties of MIPs prepared by this method were evaluated.Results show,The adsorption equilibrium of MIPs solution was reached when the concentration of Norathyriol solution was 1.5 μmol/mL in 150 min.The value of the saturated adsorption capacity was 4.04 μmol/g.The changes of the adsorption amount of MIP and NIP in different concentrations of the Norathyriol solution were compared.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol on MIP was stronger than that of NIP on the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol.The experimental results of Scatchard analysis, we can know that the polymer has two affinity.high affinity binding site is 1.15μmol/mL, Qmax value is 8.1 μmol/g. Low affinity binding site value is 5.38 μmol/mL,Qmax value is 26.85 μmol/g.The method of precipitation polymerization was used to prepare the MIPs.When the molar ratio of the crosslinking agent EGDMA, acrylamide and Norathyriolthe was20:4:1,the adsorption performance of Norathyriol is best.Acetonitrile was selected as the reaction solvent. The amount of acetonitrile is 90 mL。The adsorption properties of MIPs prepared by this method were evaluated.The adsorption equilibrium of MIPs solution was reached when the concentration of Norathyriol solution was 1.5 μmol/mL in 90 min.The value of the saturated adsorption capacity was 8.24 μmol/g.The changes of the adsorption amount of MIP and NIP in different concentrations of the Norathyriol solution were compared.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol on MIP was stronger than that of NIP on the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol.The experimental results of Scatchard analysis, we can know that the polymer has two affinity.high affinity binding site is 0.48 μmol/mL, Qmax value is 11.96 μmol/g. Low affinity binding site value is1.33 μmol/mL,Qmax value is 22.16 μmol/g.The method of suspension polymerization was used to prepare the MIPs.The best preparation method was obtained.Select PVP K30 as a dispersant,The mass ratio of water phase and oil phase is 7:1.The stirring speed of the reaction was 30 rpm.The adsorption properties of MIPs prepared by this method were evaluated.The adsorption equilibrium of MIPs solution was reached when the concentration of Norathyriol solution was 1.5μmol/mL in 100 min.The value of the saturated adsorption capacity was 7.45 μmol/g.The changes of the adsorption amount of MIP and NIP in different concentrations of the Norathyriol solution were compared.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol on MIP was stronger than that of NIP on the adsorption capacity of Norathyriol.The experimental results of Scatchard analysis, we can know that the polymer has two affinity.high affinity binding site is 0.52 μmol/mL, Qmax value is 11.7 μmol/g. Low affinity binding site value is 1.01 μmol/mL,Qmax value is 19.04 μmol/g.
