Objective :This study aims to through to We Chat public platform provide postpartum health education to primipara, as a first-time mothers postpartum sources of social support, and then evaluate whether mothers postpartum parenting self-efficacy will because We Chat intervention and improve public platform.Significance is discussed We Chat public platform the feasibility of the application in the first-time mothers postpartum health education, explore the convenient and effective for clinical primipara postpartum health education and economy.Methods:400 women were randomly divided into intervention group(n=200) and control group(n=200), the control group received routine postpartum hospital education and community visits, the intervention group on the basis of the control group to give We Chat public health education platform. According to the demand of the newborn babies, the We Chat public platform is constructed under the guidance of experts.Respectively in postnatal day and the day after 28 days for evaluation and postpartum day evaluation questionnaire including " the general information questionnaire ", " Self-efficacy in Infant Care Scale ", " the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale", "the postpartum social support scale"; postpartum 28 days by telephone follow-up evaluating asked volume for " the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale", "Self-efficacy in Infant Care Scale", "the postpartum social support scale ". Using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis, the main use of general statistical description, factor analysis, chi square test and repeated measurement covariance analysis.Results:1. Medical staff, family and friends and mobile network is the source of knowledge during pregnancy choose the highest proportion of three. Most of the research object(88.8%) to obtain knowledge through a combination of knowledge sources of motherhood. And in the mobile network access to motherhood knowledge way of specific methods, the selection of frequency of three respectively for mobile phone software, web search and micro channel public platform.2. The baseline study period(postnatal day) influencing parenting self-efficacy factors including depression at baseline, baseline postpartum social support score, age, education level, family monthly income per capita, baseline postpartum social support information support dimensions and baseline postpartum social support emotional support fractal dimension.3. Postnatal day 28, the intervention group and the control group parenting self-efficacy scores showed increasing trend; in the intervention group and control group by group parenting self-efficacy between each dimension score increased the difference has statistical significance(P(27)0.05), and were present health care and promote the development dimension scores better than other dimensions.4. After 28 days, the intervention group parenting self-efficacy scores and the scores were higher than those of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P(27) 0.05)Conclusion:1. The mobile network is one of the main sources of knowledge for pregnant primipara.2. Primipara postnatal day parenting self-efficacy influence factors include depression and social support of postpartum, age, education level and family per capita monthly income, the clinical nursing should screen those factors.3. Within 28 days after delivery, the self-efficacy of the child was increased with time, and the health care dimension and the promotion of the development of the dimension were the most significant, the two dimensions should be key health educational.4.Use We Chat public platform professionally for health education, can improve the primipara within28 days postpartum parenting self-efficacy.
