Research Of Hand-assisted Laparascopic About Extraperitoneal Colostomy

Objective: To explore the application value of extraperitoneal colostomy in the hand-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods: Choose 65 cases of recal cancer between January 2012 and December2014,which undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic about transabdominal-perineal radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Those cases were selected and divided into two groups,the observation goup(35cases)which was performed the extraperitoneal tunnel-type colostomy undergoing hand-assisted laparoscopic, and the control group(30cases) which was not performed the extraperitoneal tunnel-type colostomy.Results:The total occurrence rate of complications such as parastomal hernia and long term stoma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the cases number of having defecaton feeling and stool forming in the observation group was more than that in the control group, while the cases number of defecation frequency obvious increase was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Hand-assisted laparascopic extraperitoneal colostomy is less time and much mor simple.Conclusion: Hand-assisted laparascopic extraperitoneal colostomy may reduce the stomal complications and improve the life quality of patiens.
