As As a representative of80s literature, Han Han has always been controversial,but it is also an important cultural phenomenon in the twenty-first Century.Compared with his novel, the essays and commentary articles of his blog attractwidespread attention and social debate.Most of the current study and comments on Han Han, treat him as a culturalphenomenon, educational phenomenon, and social phenomenon. The presence ofHan Han becomes the significance of the phenomenon more than the literaturesignificance. These studies made necessary analysis from different aspects of HanHan and the80s literary phenomenon have extremely important academic value.However the study of his essays has rarely involved in academic papers and books.His essays, rest on the basis of80s’ life experience and the demands of society andthe world from youth, demonstrated a clear understanding of the social status quo.The contents of his essays not only have distinctive personal style and languagefeatures, but also with the times, filled with human care of profound socialsignificant. Meanwhile, they also parts of the Chinese contemporary literature.Research on Han Han’s essays has certain significance on expanding the researchvision and space of contemporary essays, as well as a worthwhile attempt onstudying the Chinese modern literature.This paper is decided into four parts. The last part is from relativism to see the value and impact of HanHan’s essays.Finally, as a conclusion, concludes the whole paper, also puts forwardmany aspects needing to be perfected for researching Han Han’s essays.
