Mindfulness meditation from the earliest Eastern religions, with the evolution of socialchange and history, mindfulness meditation gradually beyond the boundaries of religion,overcoming cultural barriers and become part of the field of psychology. Mindfulnessmeditation is a purposeful, conscious, attention, aware of everything the moment, but for themoment everything without any feedback and judgment, but simply aware of it, pay attentionto it. This state of meditation have a positive impact on the individual’s physical and mentalhealth, not only to promote the development of the brain, and help individuals reduce stressand improve concentration, but also promote social interaction of individuals through itsimpact on mood.The purpose of this study is through the use of mindfulness meditation training, relievingpsychological stress of High school students, so that they can learn and live healthily andhappily. The researching method is to recruit30students as the experimental group, in whichthere18boys and12girls. Members of the experimental group will get mindfulnessmeditation training intervention once a week, and leave homework to them. Through analysisthe data from quality and quantity after five weeks of mindfulness meditation training, theconclusion is: after mindfulness meditation training interventions implementation of theprogram, of most experimental group members were significantly reduced,either before orafter the test scores, or from his own assessment or self-assessment.and they think that thereindeed is an effect of mindfulness meditation training to improve and ease the psychologicalpressure. This suggests that mindfulness meditation training is feasible to release thepsychological stress of senior high school students, as an effective way to solve thepsychological problems, mindfulness meditation training can be extended to the field ofmental health education widely.
