Free will, this ancient but new, complex and cumbersome problem, has still plagued numerous philosophers for a long time. At the long process of human intelligence, a minority of philosophers put forward some excellent and unique ideas and solutions. However, due to their own limitations and certain historical restrictions, they can hardly perceive and explain people’s free will scientifically. Consequently, different philosophers with various insights never stopped debating this issue so that colorful free doctrines and genres came out. Based on Kant’s theory of free will as well as Kantian ethics, this paper attempts to expound systematically Kant’s ethics, law and religious theology on the basis of the theory of free will.Free will is the core and foundation of Kant’s philosophy, and also the basis of the whole philosophy frame. The core and ultimate goal of Kant’s philosophy are to rebuild moral philosophy whose common and real problem is freedom. Only if free will is the most original condition, the intrinsic moral and extrinsic right can be possible. What’s more, its innate foundation can be found. Human dignity and freedom can also be established and achieved. In order to pursue moral perfection and holiness, stimulate people to achieve common social ethics and enter into the everlasting and peaceful ethic society, morality inevitably leads to religion on the assumption of the eternity of soul and the existence of God, which is still based on free will. Therefore, religious theology is an important component and complement of moral philosophy, meanwhile, free will is its best combination.
