Designing Of Introduction To Uyghur Online Course Oriented Public Servants

The Online Learning which driven by internet has become an important way of getting knowledge. There are huge amount of information and resource on the internet. Now days people can access to online resources by using pc and mobile devices without limitation of time and location. It’s reasonable to say that the Internet helps people achieve their dream of learning anywhere, anytime. Therefore, online education has spread to the world at alarming speed. But, there is a huge difference between developed and underdeveloped regions. In short, the differences reflected in following (1) construction of acquisition and transmission medium, such as network and other network equipment.(2)online resources, such as video lessons, online documents.(3)sustainable service system. In underdeveloped regions due to lack of technology, human resource, natural environment and other factors could not establish local online learning resources. As result, limit the development of online education across the region.With development of online education, there are many technics, solution and modes available for online training. So many companies, communities have applied online training model for their workers job training. The most valuable feature of online training is high effective, cost saving, no geographical restriction. Online courses are very important online learning resources. Well-designed online course can improve efficiency of online learning.There many languages in Xinjiang, Uyghur language are one of them. In Xinjiang, the government organizes public servants to learn Uyghur language every year. In this research, we are trying to design online Uyghur learning course, through analyzing the theory and practice of online course designing. The main aim is to provide good learning environment for public servants who learning Uyghur language. The following are what we study in this paper:Analysis of present situation of Uyghur language training; Discussion of needs for online Uyghur learning courses; summarize the research about online course both domestic and abroad; through analyzing the characteristics and advantages of online course elaborated theoretical basis of online Uyghur language course; the process of designing online Uyghur learning course. Developed some courses; implementation of the course and get the feedback of learners and discuss the feasibility of online Uyghur language learning prospects for future research.
