Comparative Research On The Love Story Of Yeyuqiudenglu And Liaozhaizhiyi

The research object of this paper is the love story of qing dynasty XuanDing’syeyuqiudenglu and pu songling’s liaozhaizhiyi. There are many similarities in the lovestory chapters of them, like story type, characters and artistic techniques. academic circlethought that yeyuqiudenglu is the imitation of liaozhaizhiyi and literary value far awayfrom liaozhaizhiyi, this results in the research of yeyuqiudenglu is less. Butyeyuqiudenglu has its own unique characteristics on the basis of imitation, many aspectsis the innovation and development of liaozhaizhiyi, they each has strong point because ofera, the author’s life experience and culture’s differences.This article research from three aspects. First aspect is to explore the story type,mainly from the two love type between humanbeings, and humingbeings with theheterogeneous, and then summarize the different materials tendency and practicalexpression. Two aspect is to analyse the character image, from infatuation andaffectionate, cheating and rush, rebellious and obey these three similar characters, anddifferent destiny arrangement to see the difference between author’s view on love. Threeaspect is to discuss the art gimmick, there are similarities and differences in the lovestory creation technique for two books. Similarities reflected in the combination ofromance and mystery, together of reality and dream, composition of bosom friend loveand erotic love,mix of objective description and subjective emotion. Difference ismainly manifested in three aspects, they are narrative, language style, and talk abouttextual research. The last is to explore the causes of two different books, from the erabackground, the author’s life and creation thought. This article tries to findyeyuqiudenglu’s unique value in literature history through the above comparison.
