Research Of Mo Yan’s Novels Diet Phenomenon

The diet as the basic performance of the object is a very important feature in MoYan’s novels, it has own connotation and significance as an unique creation. This paperis intended to make a variety of diet in Mo Yan’s novels as a whole phenomenon toanalysis, and research of Mo Yan in writing the reasons behind the "phenomenon",aesthetic,cultural value. This paper is divided into four chapters to launch the elaboration:First, by means of "hunger psychology" to analyze the relationship between theimpact of profound hunger childhood memory and experience of Mo Yan’s literarycreation and his novels. There are a large number of hungry children images in Mo Yan’snovels, they are the original image of Mo Yan in the hunger writing and has its uniquevalue and meaning.Secondly, there are two basic narrative patterns of diet phenomenon in this paper.On the one hand, Mo Yan’s novel is a local background of his home village, describing alot of food related content, and involvement of history and native from a dietaryperspective.We feel the local people living conditions.On the other hand, facing the cityand the reality, the author uses the exaggeration and deformation of narrative expressionof the people behind the greedy and wasteful diet.Thirdly,Mainly from the diet imagery and behind the aesthetic implication arediscussed.The aesthetic image rich diet phenomenon: Red Sorghum, carrot, garlic,grass,meat, sorghum liquor etc.."Eat" behind, more what Mo Yan thought of life andvitality."Drink" is hidden behind a China has a long history of wine culture and winepeople have a strong life will.Fourthly,Behind the main diet phenomenon on rights and allegorical significance aresummarized. Diet phenomenon under the pen of Mo Yan have the rights of "nalysis ofeating and being eaten", also have life behind the rebellion, more "man eating"culturalmeaning.This paper discusses the "phenomenon" from a new point of view, a development ofMo Yan’s research and creation, while studying Mo Yan’s diet can be written in ancient,modern and contemporary phenomenon of diet in the literature as a pedigree, having the meaning of innovation and the overall significance.
