Study On Cist-tombs In Tibet Area

The cist-tomb is one burial form which spread the frontier minority areas of China, with the characteristics of long spread time, wide coverage areas, and obvious regional cultural features.The Tibetan nationality as an important member of the Chinese nation has a long history. Tibet area, a region of Tibetan generations living, left many traces of the ancient Tibetan culture, and these traces have an important significance for us to understand the history of the Tibetan, especially the social civilization before the Tubo Dynasty. Among them, the cist-tombs are important. They have distinctive regional features and cultural outlooks, which also carry the cultural information in the early stages of Tibetan. Considering that, they are the important information to interpret the early history of social development in Tibetan.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly defines the object of study, traces the progress of archaeological discoveries and researches, discusses its research situations and existing problems, and at the same time explains the research purpose and methods of this paper.The second part is that according to the geographical location and terrain landscape, the area of Tibet Autonomous Region where is relatively concentrated with the found cist-tomb was divided into three:the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo river area, Changdu area and Naqu area. And in these three areas, depending on the basic shapes of the cist-tombs and characteristics of the funerary objects, the paper conducts the staging studies.The third part, through the analysis and comparison of the cist-tombs in the northeast, northwest and southwest area, interprets the cultural information and the cultural source of the cist-tombs in Tibet area.The fourth part by the analysis of the cultural information the cist-tombs contain in Tibet area and combination with the research results of related disciplines, tries to make a further study on the "multiple" of Tibetan ethnic origin.The fifth part of the article has carried on the summary and sublimation, and points out the deficiencies during the writing process.
