In recent years, whether the drama works were played on the silver screen or on television, most ofthem were adapted from novels, and this phenomenon seems more and more to become the current socialdevelopment trend of popular culture. Along with this trend of development of the increasingly strongmomentum, also prompted more and more writers began to close to film and television drama direction, among which, there is a very successful writer--Liu Zhenyun.In2012,there was a movie named “BACK TO1942” was put on the big screen at the New Yearschedule, then the writer Liu Zhenyun was pushed to the front of stage once again, and as the film’sadaptation was based on the novel of the same name caused another round of hot since the novel waspublished in1993. This not only improved Liu Zhenyun’s visibility in the ordinary people, also broughthim considerable economic income, this can be considerd a cross-border win-win.For this cross-border cooperation between the writer and director, some writers despise and oppose. They think that literature is an elegant art form, it should not get in touch with movies and TV series. Inresponse, Liu Zhenyun said that this is a superficial view. He felt that this kind of writers thought too corny, but also a kind of narcissism, too aloof and indulge in self-admiration. If a writer created works not to letmore and more people know them, can’t spread them to the world, then what is the meaning for a writer? So Liu Zhenyun put his foot down to choice "electric shock", conform to the trend of the development ofthe times, this is a very wise choice. In this paper, through the observation of LiuZhenyun’s “electric shock” these years, I decided to studyin-depth of the situation and on the novels of Liu Zhenyun.
