A Discussion On The Decorativeness Of Print Art

Always being highly evaluated by artists, decorativeness is one majorcharacteristic of print art. Painting language of decorativeness has followingfeatures, such as space flatness, style expansiveness, strong color contrast andframe composition. All these features happen to have the same view with thelanguage of print art. In order to present emotions in the process of printcomposing, we should still pay attention to the flexible use of decorativeness.This thesis will present the importance of decorativeness in print artcomposing based on the “A Series of Suzhou Night Talk”.
