The diet custom as an important part of culture of Monggolia people,with the changes of the history and the way of people’s life and thatdevelopment change. This article with emphasis on the analysis ofMonggolian people in Horqin diet custom. According to the relevantliterature and field survey to illustrate the Mongolian people in Horqindiet custom development and reasons.These consists of introduction, text (chapter three), conclusion andreference of four parts.Introduction part summarizes the research situation, selected topicreason and the research methods.The first chapter introduces the main diet of the Mongolian people inHorqin type and its producing method. Major food can be divided intowhite food and red food, purple food, green food and so on four. Maindrink is divided into two kinds of tea drinks and alcoholic drinks. Thuswith the Mongolian people in Horqin diet has been proved to be theproduct of combining with the environment.The second chapter mainly describes of Horqin life and the dietcustom, Horqin diet and advocate customs, characteristics of khorchineating customs and so on three aspects of content.The third chapter mainly describes the performance and reasons ofHorqin traditional food development.The conclusion part summarizes the full text of the content and mainpoints. Tells about from the position of folk custom and culture, Furtherstudy of Horqin diet custom in understanding the basic ideas of theMongolian diet, proclaimed the fine tradition of regional culture andnational development has a profound impact.
