The Chinese nation has a long history, diligent and intelligent ancestors left uscountless treasures and cultural treasure. However, the special conditions of modernChina, several baptisms of war, theft and illegal smuggling in China led to culturalproperties lost overseas. Since1949,especially after the1980s, with the rapid growthof China’s increasing economic and people’s living standards, People graduallystrengthen awareness of cultural heritage protection, especially the loss of ourheritage to the world. Whether cultural properties lost overseas return to our countryor not and how to return is a problem placed before us.This paper made a thorough study on the status of China’s cultural relics lostoverseas and regression problems.
