This thesis focuses on the study of Necessary auxiliary verbs, analysing the characteristics of syntax and semantics,and related issues from the meaning domain. It consists of three parts:the intrduction, the main part,and the conclusion.Chapter First is the introduction, introducing the background knowledge of the study of the pattern.the chapter makes the definition and the member of necessary auxiliary verbs based on the relevant literatures and works.at the same time, In this chapter, it states the previous studies, finding out the problems and the possible breakthrough.The main part includes four chapters, referring to syntactic, semantic, pragmatic and structure comparison.Chapter Two defines the meaning domain,then analyses the meaning domain of necessary auxiliary verbs one by one.Chapter Three based on the Chapter Two compares the synonyms of necessary auxiliary verbs from the meaning domain,subjectivity and subjective quantity,the synonym includes the class of "yinggai","di" and "yao".Chapter Four studies the meaning of necessary auxiliary verbs accompanying with the different subjects. It describes the choice of negtive words and explains reasonablely the reason.at last,it compares "bu+VB+VP" with "VB+bu+VP",finds out the features of them.Chapter Five describes the word order of necessary auxiliary verbs and the changeable order,which of them are used together. By analysing the corpus,it summarizes the order’s rule,and make an explanation of the changeable order from Cognitives and Pragmatics.Chapter Six is the conclusion of the thesis.It draws a conclusion and raises the further study directions.
