| Dynamic assessment is a kind of measurement method that using theinteraction between experimenter and subjects to alters the behavior of the subjects.It is based on the investigations of the behavior changes, to understand thedevelopment level of subjects in the future or learning potential. It is a kind ofinteractive measurement model that focuses on the future development of individual.This assessment uses a pretest-intervention-measurement model the experimenterlies between the subjectsand and the problems to be solved, that plays a mediatingrole in which it provides solutions or clues to the subjects. Every respond of subjects,right or wrong will get feedback examiner provide timelyand the right behaviorconduct timely reinforcement.The intellectual disabilities, due to their disability, narrow life range, lack of socialcontact and cultural stimulation, their level of development and learning ability ishard to measured fairly and correctly.Dynamic assessment makes up for the shortageof static evaluation. It constantly provides help and information feedback wereprovide help and in the process of evaluating the intellectual disabilities.Theseinterventions lead totwo levels in the disabled’s ability,.The two level gap is theirpotential ability.This study will use the dynamic assessment to measure the employment abilityof people with intellectual disabilities。The pretest–post test intervention-assessment model, the entire process, include intervention evaluation and interactiveassessment modes, which lasted for6months. Intervention programs is designed,according to the structure of employability of people with mental disabilities。The results of this study are as follows:(1) the dynamic assessment can effectively measure the employability of peoplewith intellectual disabilities。(2) the adaptability and occupation values restrict the disabled’s employment,restricts the employment of people with disability is its.(3) the dynamic evaluation can measure intellectual disabilities emplomentthrough posting matching, can raise the employment rate andsave training cost. |
