The Study On Ant Family’s Psychological Capital Structure And The Relationship Between Ant Family’s Psychological Capital And Voice Behavior

In this research, psychological capital is defined as a kind of positive mental ability formedin the process of growth and development of individual, it is closely related to work, and havingobvious positive effect on achieving work objectives.This paper draws up questionnaire by using the literature study, interview, openquestionnaire, expert discussion, and collect data by using the questionnaire. Through projectanalysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis, independent samples t test, variance analysis and other statistical methods,this paper explores and confirms the content structure of ant family’s psychological capital. Itexplores the effects of ant family’s psychological capital on voice behavior and finds out whetherthe voice efficacy plays an intermediary role between ant family’s psychological capital andvoice behavior, as well as whether the organizational trust plays a moderate role between antfamily’s psychological capital and voice behavior. This paper also investigates the differences ofant family’s psychological capital on demographic variables. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Ant family’s psychological capital is composed of four dimensions: confidence,emotional intelligence, courage, thanksgiving.(2) Ant family’s psychological capital has significant positive effects on voice behavior, thethree dimensions which are confidence, courage and thanksgiving have significant positiveeffects on voice behavior, and the dimensions of thanksgiving didn’t have significant positiveeffects on voice behavior(3) Voice efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between ant family’s psychologicalcapital and voice behavior, voice efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between confidenceand voice behavior, voice efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between courage and voicebehavior; voice efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between thanksgiving and voicebehavior.(4) The organizational trust plays a significant moderate role between ant family’spsychological capital and voice behavior.(5) Ant family’s psychological capital had significant differences in gender, education, workexperience, monthly income level, while there are no significant differences in age, maritalstatus.
