Analysis Of The Artistic Characteristics Of The Foundation Pit

Andrei Platonov is a talented and gifted writer who occupies an important position in the Soviet writers. Just as the famous literary schools pointed out that Platonov is absolutely necessary for Russian literature. This is not only because his ability to insight into the deep aspect of the society, to outline the fanatical age vividly and his courage to criticize the fault, but also because his unique language and thinking to create the unique "platonov’s type" of the artistic style, this is a important contribution to the Soviet literature.The novella foundation pit is one of the most important work in his life, the work marked his creative peak in which eventually formed "platonov’s type" of his own style. Novella foundation pit is set on the background of the Soviet industrialization and agricultural collection in the early 30-s of the 20th century. Using the riddle of unspeakable "Aesopian language" shaped a series of symbolic character and formed an absurd but real world, which expressed the author’s thinking of the social problems and the concern over the country’s future.This paper is divided into introduction, three chapters of text and conclusion.
