This translation project report, based on Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a book written by Mark Twain, selects Chapter 31 to Chapter 35, presents and summarizes the translation process as well as its key and difficult points.This translation project report is composed of the following five parts:Part Ⅰ is the description of background information, including project introduction, project objective and project significance. Part Ⅱ tells the background of the original work, introduction of both the author and content and analysis of project’s material is also included. Part Ⅲ introduces translation process. Translation process is divided into three parts:before-translation, translation and after-translation. PartlV refers to comment on and appreciation of the translation from the perspective of lexical, syntactic and textual layer. Part Ⅴ is the conclusion of the translation.This translation project report, on the basis of domestication and foreignization, is mainly aimed at analyzing the feature of translation.
