Theme Research On Dali Painting Art

Salvador Dali was bornin the town of Figueres,Spain.He was a talented artist and considered a representative master of surrealistic painting in the 20 th century. Dali has gained a well-known reputation in many fields,involving a wide range of arts such like jewelry,fashion,movie and advertisement design,etc.During his entire life,painting occupied the first position.He had a changeable painting style, some absurd and strange things which were all of his dream-like real scenarios often appeared in his works. Dali kept exploring in his creation process and expanding his own drawing theory knowledge.This thesis starts with the theme of Dali painting,then explains the language and subjectivity of Dali painting.Many themes appeared in Dali’s creations,these painting themes represented the different periods which Dali had experienced,including the themes about converted and re-created masterpieces,the themes about mysterious sex,the themes about dark war times,the themes about mythology and religion,the themes about the technology for describing the world of atom and nucleon.This thesis focuses on Dali painting’s theme and interprets Dali’s painting art,then making painting research on basis of the analysis about literature and relative works.This thesis is separated to 3 chapters and the second chapter is the emphasis.Dali intensively analyzed the symbol of the subconscious through themes and made researches and explorations on the expression method of the symbol of the subconscious.
