Greenhouse gas discharged by human activities is the leading reason of global warming, which has done great damage to the nature and caused a series of ecological and environmental problems, even has threaten human health and development of human society. It is widely acknowledged that some measures must be taken to deal with the climate change caused by global warming. From the respect of experiment anthropogeography based on computer technology, this paper researches two questions, one is how the preference of human behavior influences the formulation of global climate protection policy, the other is how the information disclosure mechanism has an influence on the pick-up behavior or the cooperative behavior in the process of global climate protection policy. Thus, the experiment of reducing GHG emissions on the earth is significantly helpful to promote the world to observe and implement the global climate protection project. The design of global climate protection project is concerned with multinational game process of the atmosphere environment public goods. In this process, we should be aware of the existence of deliberate pick-up behavior, the emission reduction decision-making information, profit information and the preference have significant influence on the emission reduction behavior of every country. Meanwhile, this paper splits the world into 10 regions from the perspective of geopolitics. Then, a platform of experiment anthropogeography about global carbon reduction cooperative behavior is developed by the use of computer technology whose core computation function is supported by CINCIA model. Through this platform, we can preliminary master the individual social preference of all subjects, analyzing the impacts on the behavior of global cooperation to reduce GHG emissions and interpreting the different behaviors of emission reduction. At last, this paper explores how the information disclosure mechanism influences the behavior of global cooperation to reduce GHG emissions. This experiment recruited 20 students as subjects divided into two groups to take part in different games, one is expert group and the other is public group. After analyzing the experimental results, some conclusions are summarized as follows:(1) The pick-up behavior of the expert group is more obvious than the public group and the cooperation level of the public group is higher than the expert group. In the expert group at least 70% subjects have the tendency to pick-up while only 40% subjects in the public group have the same tendency. Compared to 40% subjects in the public group, just 10% tend to cooperate completely and the rest of this group are ambiguous in the expert group.(2) Individual social preference in the whole team has impacts on the behaviors of global cooperation to reduce GHG emissions. If the pick-up behavior is very common in one group, it’s hard to realize the controlling goal of the global surface temperature in 2100, if this goal doesn’t come true, all subjects will be punished and their experiment income is very low. On the contrary, if one group tends to cooperate, it’s more likely to realize the controlling goal of the global surface temperature in 2100 even no information is disclosed, leading to comparably high experiment income of the whole group.(3) The identity of subject could do different effects on the pick-up behavior. As an individual, a subject has an obvious pick-up behavior while the same subject as policy maker would consider the domestic political and economic condition and the impacts of global climate change to adjust the level of emission reduction, which could reduce the pick-up behavior.(4) Overall, information disclosure mechanism will reduce the pick-up behavior, profit information disclosed separately can reduce the pick-up behavior. It has a positive effect on global cooperation to reduce GHG emission that stronger force to emission reduction caused by disclosed information, but profit information disclosed separately would issue a contrary policy. Combining these two information is helpful to raise the level of global cooperation to reduce GHG emissions.(5) The level of information disclosure has a negative relationship with the rising extent of the global surface temperature in 2100 and has a positive relationship with the profits of the subjects. That is to say, higher level of information disclosure, lower rising extent of surface temperature and higher experimental income of the subjects.
