The Research On Rhyming Of Traitional Repertoire Of Sichuan Opera The Anthology Of Huang Jian Drama Script

Sichuan Opera which played in Sichuan and Chongqing is a part of the Chinese Opera. Sichuan Opera is the carrier of the Sichuan dialect which have lots of old saying and unique characteristics of the Sichuan dialect terms in its scripts and its linguistic significance can be used for the study of phonology and dialectology.This dissertation chose the traditional Sichuan Opera screenplay as the object for study, selected 18 scripts of The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script to inspect and choose a rhyme example which refer to Cover Song rebuilt Rhyme,Dialect Word List, Ancient pronunciation control Manual and other books excer pts phonology and rhyme. A variety of methods been used, such as rhyme word line linking method combined with statistical methods, method of quantitative a nalysis and way of qualitative analysis, finally 13 Rhymes categories of The Ant hology of Huang Jian Drama Script which include 9 Yin-sheng: “Zhi-Yu”, “HuiDui”, “Jie-Lai”, “Xiao-Hao”, “Ge-Ge”, “Jia-Ma”, “You-Hou” and “Che-Zhe”. Incl uding 4 Yang-sheng:“Dong-Geng”,“Jiang-Yang”,“Zhen-Qing” and “Yan-Qian” have been sorted out.This dissertation is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction which discussed the relationship between Sichuan Opera and Sichuan dialect, and analyzed The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script Rhyme significance and methods from the point of view of phonology.The main study in the second part is The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script Rhymes. We analyzed the Rhymes choices and excerpts, then focused on the special rhyme word vocabulary and dialect which exist in The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script.The third part focuses on the analysis of the rhyme system, as well as the relationship between the characteristics of which rhyme and rhyme words. The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script rhyme with characteristic aspects reflected the Quartet dialect phonic appearance.The fourth part conducted a both horizontal and vertical comparative study of the The Anthology of Huang Jian Drama Script with the rhyme to explore the Synchronic and the Diachronic characteristics and changes of Sichuan dialect.
