At this stage, increasingly fierce competition among countries in the world, the competition between cultures has become the mainstream of the international community. Because our enterprises entered the other countries’ cultural market is not only a tremendous impact but can change thinking patterns of the country. As we compare well-known American film, Japanese comics, Korean dramas, all filled in our lives, they impact a lot on our lives. Therefore, in the development of China’s economy, but also realized the importance of the development of cultural industries in recent years, the Chinese government continues to enact laws and regulations or policy advice to encourage China’s cultural enterprises bigger and stronger, and proposed a variety of incentives for the development of China’s cultural enterprises paving the way.The domestic market can not meet the development of China’s cultural enterprises, business-oriented and therefore it is imperative to expand overseas markets, in the initial stage of China’s cultural enterprises going abroad, in order to better adapting to the international market order and rules, and will not make our cultural enterprises by foreign laws and regulations and large-scale cultural enterprises or squeeze the market. China’s cultural enterprises adopt some cross-border M & A regarded as a tool for development, which not only have the opportunity to meet other country’s cultural enterprises to learn external advanced experience and development model and management, and can quickly open overseas markets, to help the country’s cultural products export to the world. It could also enhance the international influence of culture and economy. But accordingly, this significant investment activities will bring significant and variety of risks, which requires us to analyze our cultural mergers and acquisitions activity may occur risk points and their corresponding solutions proposed for Follow-up of cross-border mergers and acquisitions cultural enterprises to provide experience and lessons.In this paper, the theory and specific cases a combination of Chinese cultural enterprises cross-border M & A study the issue of risk management, theoretical analysis, combined with contemporary political and economic environment, and the risk of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China’s cultural enterprises may be encountered during induction summarize and propose appropriate solutions, providing experience for the follow-up of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of other cultural enterprise risk prevention.
