A Study On Supervision Predicaments Of Declining Cultural Market In Integrated Law Enforcement On Cultural Markets

Culture is the spiritual home to people and the vigor and soft power for the survival and development of our country. With transformation and upgrading of China’s social economy, cultural development has received greater importance of Chinese government. The most important measure is to promote prosperity of cultural market so as to meet people’s spiritual and cultural needs. Under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, the cultural market has achieved great advancement in recent years. However, behind the remarkable achievements, we can see the decline of some cultural markets and the predicament in supervision of declining markets, which government departments are confronted with. What are declining cultural markets exactly? What are the particularities of cultural markets? How to conduct supervision of the declining cultural markets? It is urgent to solve these problems.Based on the above problems, this paper analyzes the reasons for decline of cultural markets and the supervision predicaments of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in declining cultural markets with example of Suzhou, and gives corresponding countermeasures so as to provide reference for solution to supervision predicaments in declining cultural markets.At first, this paper gives relevant definitions based on the current situation of declining cultural markets in Suzhou. And then, it analyzes the specific reasons for decline of some cultural markets with reference to related theories and practical experience. On this basis, the paper summarizes and analyzes the supervision predicaments of integrated law enforcement in declining cultural markets with the use of investigationmethod and individual interview, and provides a discussion from many perspectives combining with the practical problems. Finally, the paper explores into specific countermeasures for supervision predicaments of cultural markets with the use of foreign experience in culture market supervision and designs and formulates scientific supervisionpolicies for the purpose of providing reference for practical supervision work and concepts.
